Depends on how much of your azz you want to hide.
I live near a college and see girls here wearing regular length tee shirts with leggings.
I would never wear one shorter than the bottom o f my butt.

I agree. It should definitely cover the butt.

I usually go with almost completely covering the butt... if a tiny little bit of the bottom is showing.. (as long as they aren't see-thru at all..) than thats ok.. but nothing shorter than that, and even then, you have to be careful when you bend down

Yeah, as long as the butt is covered. And 1/4 of the way down the thigh is most comfortable for me.
