Turkey-breast down question
If I cook it breast down - do I have to turn it up before done cooking or can I cook it the whole time lie that nod then just flip it once I take it out to sit?
If I have to flip when do I?

No. Flipping not needed. Just cook it upside down the entire time. Will be delicious.
