turkey lettuce wraps

So I was looking for a new recipe to make with ground turkey, we usually make tacos or turkey burgers. I found a great recipe for turkey lettuce wraps. I was going to try the PF Changs recipe but it seemed too overwhelming- a ton of ingredients, so I went with this one instead. They came out so good! I did make a couple of alterations. The recipe calls for carrots and mushrooms, neither of which I like, so I substituted a whole zuchini cut into little pieces. And the recipe calls for 3 tbsp of peanut butter, but I didn't want it too peanuty, so I only used 2 tbsp. Anyway, here it is...

funny, I make the pf changs once all the time...but I omit the special sauce...too many ingrediants.

I am going to try your recipe.

I have also started dicing in a sweet apple...so good.

ETA: also, if you cook your meat in sesame oil...comes out so good
