I got a BBQ marinated one in Uncle Giuseppe's. I keep seeing them everywhere and decided to bite the bullet!

They are suppose to cook a little over an hour.
How did you like it? I bought them twice and both times they went in the garbage because we hated the texture, super wet and didn't ever taste done. I'm not the best cook so it might just be me lol.

Ugh, really? I haven't made it yet and was thinking it would be easier to put it in the slow cooker.
I'll make extra sides in case its awful!

Re: Turkey London Broil?
Unless you have a specific recipe; I would avoid cooking this in a slow cooker. I see it drying up extremely fast.
When cooked right; they are delicious. I would bake it with frequent basting to keep it moist. Online has some good recipes.
I usually get mine from Iavarone. They taste the best/freshest to me. They also have different seasoned ones.

Yup. Dry as a bone. DD loved it though!
I make Iavarone's boneless turkey breast in the slow cooker all the time and it comes out perfect but this was no bueno!

London Broil is a method of cooking, not a specific cut of meat. Beef sold as London Broil is usually top round, sometimes bottom round.
Turkey London Broil is boneless breast meat.
