Turkey Meatloaf recipe

I have a pound and a half of ground turkey leftover from a chicken chile I made the other day. I usually make meatballs with it, but want to try a really good and easy meatloaf recipe.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Turkey Meatloaf recipe

I do turkey meatloaf mixed with salsa and tortilla chips. The chips do get soggy but they still taste good.

I usually do turkey meatloaf and put the following in it:
1 egg
chopped onion
fresh pressed garlic
breadcrumbs (3/4 cup or so, I eyeball it)
1/4 cup ketchup mixed with about 1/3 water

Bake 55 mins at 350

The turkey doesn't have as much flavor so the garlic does the trick..and you could try some other herbs too.

I know with turkey you really need to add moisture and flavor with tons of veggies, like red pepper etc.

Re: Turkey Meatloaf recipe

I don't follow a recipe...I just sauté celery, carrots, onion, and garlic (chopped super fine in the food processor) in a little oil until they are super soft. Then I heavily season them with salt, pepper, and a little thyme. Next I mix the cooled veggies with an egg, breadcrumbs, milk, worcestershire sauce and the ground turkey. I bake that up using my pampered chef brownie pan...when they are almost done, I put a mixture of ketchup and worcestershire sauce on top and bake until they are slightly browned.
I just made meatloaf tonight!
