My brother went to Sylvan for a summer- the location on Woodhaven Blvd. and I believe 63rd Drive in Queens. It was over $2k for it and we all know what good it did him.

This is what i do for a living. How old is hte child? Where does hte child live? what do they neek help in? any learning diabilties? Do you feel they learn best in a group or 1 on 1 environment?

depending on the child, i would get a private tutor skilled in the specific area of need over a center

If you want a tutor in a specific area (subject) ask on the Teachers board here on LIF.
I posted a question while ago and recieved quite a few FMs.
