Tutor Time in Levittown
Hi. I'm considering Tutor Time in Levittown as a daycare for my son who will be born any week (day) now! Can anyone give me any information on them? Recommendations, criticisms, etc?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Tutor Time in Levittown
My SIL works for a different day care and told me that whatever I do, not to use Tutor Time. I don't know why, just telling you what she said...

Re: Tutor Time in Levittown
tutor times are so fake!! when parents go for a tour they do what is supposed to be done and they even WARNED us that parents were coming for a tour it was horrible...they lack supplies and half the employees arent even given medical and criminal checks. i worked at tutor time and it was a hang out for the employees they could care less about the children and basically neglect the children

Re: Tutor Time in Levittown
I use the one in W Islip, and am pretty happy there. I'll admit the late afternoon staff are usually younger (maybe college-age) people and may not have the same experience as the morning-day staff, but everyone I've met there seems on the up and up. It may depend on the center, but DD seems happy to be there and smiles at her teachers every day.. JMO. Maybe I am a sucker, but she seems to be doing alright :)
I've popped in there to get my DD at odd times on occasion and found her getting good care - not just when they 'expect' me in. Visit yourself and go with your gut, and visit a few places in your area for comparison. If you don't like it, you can always switch - at most you may lose a placement fee of $75 or so (but priceless for your peace of mind!)..
