TV pitchman Billy Mays found dead at home (OXY Clean guy)
TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa police say Billy Mays, the television pitchman known for his boisterous hawking of products such as Orange Glo and OxiClean, has died. He was 50.
Authorities say Mays was pronounced dead Sunday morning after being found by his wife at home. There were no signs of a break-in, and investigators do not suspect foul play. The coroner's office expects to have an autopsy done by Monday afternoon.
Mays' wife, Deborah Mays, says the family doesn't expect to make any public statements and asked for privacy.
Mays was also featured on the reality TV show "Pitchmen" on the Discovery Channel, which followed Mays and Anthony Sullivan in their marketing jobs.
OMG.. WHAT IS GOING ON??????

Wow - I was just watching pitchmen earlier today...that's so sad
TMZ is saying that he suffered a blow to the head yesterday during a rough plane landing

Wow i can't believe another one. This is getting too much. But here is an update to what was posted above. His wife said he was on a plane that had a rough landing and he hit his head then said he was not feeling good last night so this could be why he died. If it is that is very freaky and scary way to die:

It's so so sad. I just watched the clip of them interviewing him after yesterday's hard landing. We DVR 'Pitchmen' and watched it this season and got to see Billy Mays as a person, which makes me more upset. He seemed to be a real stand-up kinda guy. RIP.

I agree. I really got a new appreciation of him after watching Pitchmen. He had a great personality and outlook on life!
BTW, didn't someone on here JUST get a picture with him? I think it was sarahH.
