Twilight Fans ... possibly the New Jacob
rumor has it that they are going to cast a new jacob for the second movie New Moon ... his name is Mike Copon ...
Now i am not a Jacob fan so it wont bother me anyway but I think the possible new Jacob is hot

the reason they want to change actors is because they say that jacob is suppose to be bigger in the second book and i guess they dont feel the current Jacob can pull it off ... i honestly dont care either way ... i just hope they put more omney in this one and hope its longer ill watch a 3 hour movie

He looks EXACTLY like the other jacob...
ETA: Maybe not exactly- but nothing too drastic has changed.
ETA2: I just checked Stephanie Meyer's website and although it doesn't mention a new Jacob- New Moon will have a different director.

I think they need to change the actor. I also think they should change some of the other actors, but I guess it's too late at this point. They said on the radio they're rushing production so the new movie will be out for Thanksgiving instead of 2010.

Jacob's appearance doesn't change until halfway through the book when he discovers what he is. It doesn't make sense for this much bigger guy to play him from the start of the movie.
