I really love the double snap and go. Other than that I can't think of anything twin related.

The double snap and go and also 2 swings - my twins love them and they make my life so much easier. I also recommend you get the EZ to nurse twins pillow if you plan to breastfeed. I got mine at justmultiples.com because I was registered at BRU and BRU didn't carry it.

I miss my double snap and go so very much!
There have been bottle positioners that have come out in the last year or so that I would have loved to have. I also wish I used my swing, exersaucer, PNP much earlier. I was afraid and I don't think they got the most use out of them!

I have 2 FP infant to toddler rockers that we still use every day-they are 8 months.
Also-lots of bottles if you plan on pumping or FF
Lots of pajamas
2 boppys-we used to sit them in here when they were little
