Twin Pack 'n Play Question
From BBB Website
Recommended Use Playard for use by a child unable to climb out, less than 35” tall, and less than 30 lbs. Bassinet for use by children less than 15 lbs. Use bassinet with only one child in each section. Never use playard with more than one child at a time. HUH? This is for twins, as in two, why would I only put one in a time? What do I have to get them each their own one? Anyone know about this? TIA!

Really? And you're going to put them both in your room as bassinets after they're born? I saw that too when I was in BRU the other night but I thought it was at least worth it to use as a bassinet. Hmmmmm

That's what I saw at BRU the other night - the regular one, and like pinky mentioned it only holds up to like 30 lbs. Between the two they'll be 15 each in just a few months I would think. I'm not sure what to do now.

Re: Twin Pack 'n Play Question
I will still get it as a basinet, because by the time they are 30 pounds combined, they will most likely be in their cribs

Re: Twin Pack 'n Play Question
True but then I was going to use it as a regular pack and play - like if I was cleaning and they're awake, put them in there to play. Strange if its for twins they wouldn't increase the weight capacity. I'm going to try and find another brand or something.

I agree...you would figure that it would be able to hold more....Im also registering for a regular pack n play on top of the twins one .

Re: Twin Pack 'n Play Question
i am going to just use the twin one w/ the bassinets in my room at first and the 2nd one is for down the line, i guess i'll put both pack & plays in the basement or something for when we're hanging out down there and i can try to get them to hang out in there for a little bit.
plus we were thinking of them for traveling when we go to the inlaws. each one will need to sleep in its own p&p.

Re: Twin Pack 'n Play Question
I only have the one pack & play. They slept in a crib in my room from the beginning. I just don't have the room for alot of extras.

I'm planning on doing this also. I'm thinking if they are born weighing about 6 pounds, which is a good weight for twins, it will be 6-9 months before they are 15 pounds each.

Re: Twin Pack 'n Play Question
One son was born at 6 lbs 10 oz and he was not 15 lbs until about 5 months. My little guy was born at 3 lbs 10 oz and he is 15 at 8 months.

Good to know, thanks! At that point if I feel the need for another pack 'n play I'll go out and buy one.
