I just looked on etsy. We knew the gender so we had her add a bird so its twins. So I guess the theme is shabby chic birdies. This is the ty card (before I edited it b/c I didnt want this format)

Think about how you can do a dessert table with ice cream and all the toppings.
I would do an ice cream scoop for a favor.

We did rubber duckies for my sister's. She knew she was having a boy and girl, so for each centerpiece, we did a small bucket filled with water, floated styrofoam balls of different sizes and then had a "mama" duck and a baby boy and baby girl duck.
For favors, we did Mommy's Time out wine and a twin pack of duck cookies.

I love the 2 scoops idea!! My friend gave out really cute ice cream bowl favors from a gift shop in wantagh. (it was for a shower, but not 2 scoops)

I'm not having twins, but I love the two scoops idea so creative. The twins shower I went to was two peas in a pod, it was cute!
