Twinges & Cramping for 3 days.
CD21 think I am 7DPO and friday I started with these twinges mainly on my RS but some on my LS. Saturday I had twinges on and off all day in both sides, sunday the same thing but also in my abdomen and today twinges in my RS only.
Too early for AF and Implantation and I should have already ovulated to what is that all about?

no - it's not too early for implantation - however those pains/twitches could be ANYTHING....

Thanks....I never thought I would be happy to have pains before but now I am like "oh is that a headache I have? great!!" or "Oh twinges are good"..."do I feel nauseous? or did I just eat too much" the list goes on and on and I know I am just over analyzing everything.....

i know how you feel... at times we all overanalyze our symptoms.. it gets to the best of us... after last months let down..i cant do it to myself anymore... i had all the symptoms in the world..and AF came...
