Twins
Did anyone have a weird feeling they were expecting more than one baby before the first sonogram?
I don't know why but I've secretly convinced myself there is more than 1 in there. First sono is 2 weeks away.

Edited to add, my reasons for feeling this way are:
• I had two episodes of light "implantation bleeding" 3-4 days apart and then googled like crazy and found people saying this meant fraternal twins.
• I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I'm so bloated I literally can't button my pants in the afternoon. I don't remember this happening with DD until closer to 11 or 12 weeks.

You bloat up faster when it's not your first pregnancy.
I was recently pregnant (with one baby) and before I even tested I was soooo bloated.

I looked visibally pregnant at 7 weeks. I found at at 5 weeks from a sono it was twins. I knew it was possible I had 2 follicles before the iui. My HCG was also off the charts

Ah, actually the opposite: I was shocked to see two heartbeats, buuuuuuut I have been mashed and bludgeoned relentlessly by TTC for years, so I am ever the pessimist.
I hope, whichever way the scan goes, it's what you hoped for

I was so convinced my first was twins because I had a super high beta at 5w. I was shocked when there was only one.

Yeah, I had that too. And vomited 15-20 times a day because my beta was 58k at 6 weeks.
Just one feisty baby in there.

I had low betas. Not dark lines. And at 6 weeks one hb
At 7 weeks,well that was the best surprise ever
So the first sono not always telling

Totally normal to speculate like that. DH was SURE I was going to have twins. Nope, one baby. Thank goodness! She's a handful as is!
