I saw some nice ones on Zazzle and Tiny Prints or you can even have them made up at Papyrus. They have beautiful ones.

I can't find a pic of my invitation but it was similar to their thank you. I ordered the from photoaffections.com. They were great to work with and cheap!. I think I paid 75 cents each.
