Twins fighting?
My twin boys are 9 months. Ronan is a total bully! If Declan has a toy he wants he will snatch it from him, grab his shirt sleeve, pull his hair whatever he has to to get that toy. And Declan is the bigger one! Also Ronan does not crawl as well as Declan so I don't understand why he doesn't just crawl away I really don't think there is disciplining a 9 month old, but what would you/did you do in this situation?

Re: Twins fighting?
I am in the same boat with my 11 month olds.. My DD is the one doing all the bullying.. I am saying no and pulling her away.. She tries to dig her finger into his eye, i swear I want to sometimes with the things she does.. But I think you have to start disciplining them now, even if they don't fully understand.. I thought having twins was gonig to be a built in play mate, but it seems that all I do is break up fights all day.

Re: Twins fighting?
I have read that you need to let them figure it all out to not intervene unless someone is getting hurt. It is hard to do and unfair at the same time, but the one that is getting "bullied" needs to stop it. I let them work it out and eventually the one getting his way all the time was put in his place when the other one had enough.
I also tried not to reinforce the ngative behavior and would give the one getting a toy taken something else and make a big deal out of it.
Now at 4, all I do is try and stop them from beating each other up. I think boys are just very physical, or so I am told that it is normal.
