Twitching... really scared

Twitching... really scared
I have this twitch thing in my hand... in between my thumb and wrist.
It is slightly annoying... no other symptoms other than the twitch.
I am so scared it is something really bad - like onset of ALS, Parkinson's... yes I know I am an extreme worry wart lol
anyone have any insight?

It could possibly be the start of Carpal Tunnel. Make an appt. with a neurologist for testing.
I had Carpal Tunnel in both hands and had those symptoms in the beginning.

Yup, sounds like carpal tunnel to me...my sister has it and that's how it started.
