Two-week growth spurt?
is there such a thing? starting yesterday this child can not get enough to eat! she's eating 3oz every 2 hours.
on a positive note - I think we may have the day/night thing figured out

I have found that they go through a growth spurt in 3 days or so...There was some study done where they actually found out that babies dont grow a little bit every day but more that they will grow like a centimeter over night..I would love to find that stufy online.

Everything I've read, and my daughter was right on cue...was a 3 week growth spurt. But it certainly seems feasible that your child is ahead of the prediction. Just go with it...

Yes. I read in a few books babies go through growth spurts at 2 weeks and 6 weeks of age.
