UFT eyeglass coverage
I know I called a number once so I could get a voucher to get glasses coverage. Does anyone know if I still need to do this and the number to call? TIA!

Yes you need to call... not sure about the number though. Ask your union rep? They should have it.

you'll get an automated system, you just enter ur name and some other info and youll get the voucher in the mail within a week.
