Ugggh... Help, will Carter's take my 20% coupon..

after I already purchased $60 worth of stuff with no coupon earlier today??

I wasn't planning on going into the Carter's outlet today, but I was there and wanted to look. I ended up getting a few things for DS. Total was about $60.

I get home, and I am unloading my bags, and when I take the stuff out of the Osh Kosh bag, I notice that with the receipt, I had been given a 20% off coupon to Carter's I didn't even see it.

So, can I go back on Friday with my receipt and will they credit me the 20%?? I read the coupon, it says not valid on previous purchases, but this isn't something I bought months ago, I bought it today during the valid coupon period.

What should I do! That's $12!! I have to go back to the store anyway since I bought a turtle neck for my son and I get home and I see its a girls one... I'd let it go, but its got a pretty little cinch on the collar area

If they wont do it, then just return everything and re-buy it with using the coupon.

I am pretty sure they won't honor it at this point isnce it says not valid on previous purchases. If you have a nice cahier, maybe she can "return" the items for you - and you re-purchase right away and use the coupon? GOOD LUCK!!! That has happened to me so many times and it makes me so mad when I miss discounts like that
