Uggh...I think they gave me reg. coffee today
and i feel nuts. I never drink caffeine and I asked for a large decaf iced coffee today and I think they gave me regular. I feel jumpy, jittery and basically like a nut. I am even having hot flashes. How long does it take to wear off?

OOOO...I feel your pain. I get that way when I have caffeine.
A few hours usually..then the crash.
Eat something really nutritious for lunch.

I thought I was one of the only ones who reacts horribly to caffeine. I hope you are feeling better by now! And that you can sleep!
