Uggs owners.... I have a ?
Since I haven't had to deal with snow in a few years, and I know the obsession with Uggs....
When you are walking around in them in the snow, does the outside get wet so that your feet get cold?
I hate the winter - everything about it.... MOST ESPECIALLY THE SNOW!!!!!!!!

honestly, i try not to walk in the snow with them much. usually its just from my house to the car and vice versa... i dont go trudging through the slush in them

I dont see many people wearing them to actually walk through snow. And considering there is a water-proofing/weather-proofing spray that you can apply, I would assume if you dont spray them the wetness would seep through.
For the price, I think the boots should shovel your sidewalk for you, though!

well they're suede. so I treat them as I would any of my other suede shoes.

They do have UGGs now on the site that are waterproof. Traditional UGGs are for warmth.
I have a few pairs and have gotten them wet - it's really uncomfortable.

because they provide warmth and it typically doesnt rain or snow for a majority of the cold weather days. But, its all about personal preference.

I'm telling you right now.... that b/c I am back this year, and b/c of my PURE AND COMPLETE HATRED OF THE COLD AND SNOW.... WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A HORRIFIC SEASON!
I found these... what do you guys think? They are the waterproof ones.

I wear mine in the snow and rain and sleet and hail. I never waterproofed them and honestly, maybe they are not perfect - but I still wear them.
And they keep my feet toasty warm!

I won't wear them in new fluffy snow. If the snow has been walked on (compressed) I will. I wear them in the rain. I clean and waterproof once a month with ugg cleaner and either synovia water and stain repellant or perma- dri. Both products work wonders!!!!

do you only wear Uggs with bare feet or can you wear socks?
I hate bare feet except in summer...
I think I would feel skeeved with no socks on...sweaty and all.

I waterproof them, but they do get wet. Your feet stay dry though. I would avoid walking in snow if you can with them.

i wear them with socks. when it snows, i wear rainboots while outside, and put on the uggs once inside..
