Uggs Question
My MIL had a size 6 pair of uggs that she was going to return, but I took them for my mom. But now I realize that my mom would be a 5, not a 6. THe thing is, she bought them online, and said that she can only return, not exchange. Would I be able to exchange them at a department store? I am so mad!!!

the only thing is, they are a bit hard to find now so an in-store exchange might be tough. what if you returned them online, and get the refund, and re-order a pair in her size from the website
