Uggs repair question.
I have a pair of Ugg boots that I got about a year ago. I got a hole in the top of the boot where my toe would be. This should not happen to year old boots. Will Uggs do anything for me if I contact them?

Where did you get them? Bring them to Nordstrom.... they may help you even without a receipt.. I'd even look for a direct number to Ugg and call and complain...

Call Uggs directly first. I know another LIWer posted that she contacted Uggs and they gave her a brand new pair. Good luck!

That's about to happen to mine too!!!  I got them last year.

I just called and spoke to ugg. They said I have to send mine in for an evaluation and to fill out the two return forms. It takes about two weeks!

Yes. I had the same issue. You have to ship them out to CA and then hopefully they will evaluate in your favor. It is such a hassle- I just threw them out.

Mine don't have the hole yet. They are about to break through. I figure it's worth the shot if they rule in my favor. The only bad thing is I will be without my sand uggs so I'll have to live off my blk pair and silver. =(

I was the one who posted about sending mine back a couple weeks ago. You have to pay the shipping, but they emailed me back about a week and a half later that they will send me a brand new pair (I could also have chosen to put the value towards a different pair). Problem is that my style/color is OOS for now and not going to be in for 6-8 weeks. 
I also did not have the receipt since I got them last year.
