I find it depends on the type of Ugg. I have Classic short in 9 and mini's in 9. I find the shorts a little roomy, whereas the mini's are a perfect fit!

they all run different. I have the classic talls which run big and I have the UGG sunset and they run true to size.

I wear a size 6, but my uggs I ordered a size 5 and they fit perfectly!
