UGH bridesmaid tank tops
I am forced to don a bridesmaid tank top at a bachelorette party this weekend- in the Hamptons.
I bought a cute full a line white skirt.
The tank top is black, but I don't know what style. Probably the standard spaghetti strap type.
Are there any shirts I can wear underneath this thing to make it cute?
I hate tank tops. HATE. I have fat arms. I don't wear them to the Hamptons, when I am trying to look fashionable and pretty.
Please help me!

A shirt UNDER the tank? Hmm...the only thing I can think of is a cute lacy cami but I am SURE you will look cute!!! It's a theme and it's out of your hands so have some drinks and go with it!

Boo- that's what I wa sthinking, too.
There has to be a way, though....
I will pack 15 camis and tanks to layer.
I didn't even order this shirt- who knows if it will even fit?
I hate this kind of situation.

I have no advice, just wanted to say that asking the BP to wear that is completely ridiculous! not to mention very juvenile! 
knowing me, I would say something to whomever ordered those tops

Why not wear something over it that zips, so you can have the BP part open? I'm thinking something like a short-sleeved hoody? Is your skirty sporty or fancy?
ETA: I've never been to the Hamptons so I don't know how fancy people dress there.

I'm on it. The skirt is preppy. It would look cute with a pink polo shirt or a knit tube top.
and sweetest- I completely agree. I feel like an idiot- a 17 year old idiot. I thought maybe I was just being snobby, being married already and whatnot. But I think it's just humiliating. I wa snot down with the idea when it was brought up, but everyone else was, and I don't want to be an a hole. But to wear matching tank tops at a Hamptons Bar?
Granted, it's just the Beach Bar, but I swear the last thing I want in a place like that is added humiliation!

Spill something on it at the beginning of the party, then change into the spare tank top you just happened to pack 
Depending on the straps, you could layer another tank top underneath that is colorful - the color will peep out the bottom and top and add some pizzazz

I agree. My bachelorette party is also THIS weekend in The Hamptons. We are staying at my Uncles house, but going out Saturday night. I REFUSE to wear anything bacheloretty out in the hamptons!

Try to put a positive spin on it..score some drinks at the Beach Bar whilst in said tank top!
(Ive done something similar there....if you are going to have to wear that, might as well milk it! )
ETA: I am all about the layering also...maybe a cami underneath OR a zip up on top.
