UGH! How did I gain this??
OK, I have officially gained 10 lbs since my October 15th wedding! Why can't I get motivated again?? I go on a kick for like 2 days of going to the gym...and then I slack off. It's so depressing.
Anyone have any words of wisdom?
I'm sick of my clothes not fitting!

Do you have anyone you can work out with?
I usually go to a Spin Class twice a week and run 3 times a week. But I go to the Spin class with my friend and that helps. Yesterday, I was so tired I did not want to go, but knowing we were going together made me go and I was so happy I went because I had such a great class yesterday.
