Ugh- I'm so grossed out!
I just found a bug in my yogurt! Ewwwwww! I eat this brand every morning, too- and I've never had this problem before!

It was a tiny little black bug- i have no idea what kind it was- but it looked like a tick or something. Grooooooooossssss.
