Ugh, my neck
is killing me!
It started yesterday a couple of hours after I woke up, and today its even worse 
I took advil, used bengay and a heating pad...
what else can I do?
I have to drive to the city and am not looking forward to it...

ohhh that happened to me a few weeks ago....I think i slept on it wrong and no matter what I did...it hurt!!
I think it needs to work it self out.

that happened to me a few times in the past - it was all stress related. if it gets worse, go to the Doc and have them write you a prescription for a muscle relaxer. it worked like a charm for me. but you have to be able to dedicate a very good night's sleep (at least 8 hrs) when you take that medication!

We booked this ages ago so we could see the trees turning during the drive , so I'd like to be able to turn my head

I LOVE Lancaster!!
i went to college in that area...and wanted to stay...but decided to come back to LI!!
Maybe one day I will convince my DH to move there!!

Try taking Aleve if you have some. Usually works great for me on a stiff neck, which I get quite often.

Buy therma pads - and leave it on for 8 hours - As soon as you put it on, your neck will start feeling better
