ugh of all days
Today has been one of those days... Cadence did not want to sleep.. I got into a huge fight with DH and I have a big audition for the opera tomorrow at school. I was in tears and that is just not good for my voice... ugh why today.. please send good vibes since i just feel terrible

 Don't stress my dear, it's definitely not good for your voice.
I'm one to talk, though. I've noticed since having Ava that I hold ALL my tension in my neck and shoulders which makes it painful to practice my flute everyday.
Hang in there. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow!
