Re: Ugh problematic area....
Are you talking about when the floppy skin/fat when you raise your arm and it jiggles? What's that called? "Chicken arm"?
For that I do tricep work. Tricep dips, overhead extensions, tricep kickbacks, overhead presses.

Def Tricep area.
Or while doing pushups, take both hands, meet them in middle, and fingers , pointer and thumbs meet, so like a triangle- push up.
Hits the triceps.

UGH.... I hate that area too.. everywhere else on my arms, i am toned, have muscle it, it appears somewhat small, and then there its just this dangly flap of skin.. I guess I am lacking in my triceps!!

If I'm reading you right, that's defintely not the tricep area - that's closer to the pecs, right? In the front?
I call it baking bread. I'm fit and I've got it! I may have to drop more fat over all to get rid of it but I may STILL have that happening!

This is the part I was thinking of too. It may just be a body type thing, because even when I was at my most fit, it was still there... but it was better at that point than it is now!
