UGH so frustrated!!!
I just got a call from Carolina Prenatal Imaging, where I'm having my 3D/4D sono on Friday. I made this appointment over a month ago, because this was the ONLY day that my mom AND sister would both be here--and since my sister is here on business, we had to schedule the appointment around her meetings. It seemed like the planets aligned and everything just worked out!
So, I get this call, and it's the sonographer. She tells me that she has another job, and that her other job wanted to know if she could work during the time of my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for 9am (my original appt. was at 2!). I told her that I'm sorry, but I planned this a long time ago and that I had family coming into town for this. She was so rude to me...she said "Ok, I'll call my other job and tell them I can't come" and my response was..."Ok, great!" 
But UGH, how unprofessional!!!

 I would call the place you're going and tell them this. I would speak to a manager or her boss......This is so uncalled for and so unprofessional.

i was just about to say how un professional!! i mean i guess she was trying to play the sympathetic card and try to win you over that way but come on...you're a paying client. she has a responsibility!
