ugh the indigestion...
I swear every time i eat i get indigestion...every damn time...i don't think it's heartburn (i figured i would know if it is) but i keep getting all bloated and feel yucky and sorry if TMI but i get those "puke burps" that feel like something is coming up and leave an awful taste in your mouth...def gonna talk to the doc about it today...how do you all cope?

Ugh sounds like acid reflux. Tums don't really help with it so much. I find eating small meals helps.

Sometimes me drinking a little bit of milk does the trick. Tums dont help me either.
