UGH... vent about rates
We should have locked in on Saturday... the rates went up .25 today!!!!!  This whole locking in the rate thing is driving me crazy... I get all different opinions from everyone about what to do.
We have to lock in this week so  it goes down.
I know you guys are in NY and i'm in FL, but what rates have you locked in at recently?

i'm looking into doing a refinance. hoping the rates go down a little more here without having to pay any points to bring it down.

We locked in at 5.75 a few weeks ago. However, the bank said that if it goes down further within 60 days we can take the lower rate once.

We just locked in at 6.5% a few days ago. Hopefully they will come down...we also have the 60 days to take a lower rate one time.
