ugh..i've had a migraine and nausea all day
what can i do for my headache? It feels good when i put my cold hands on my eyes, but does anyone have suggestions?

I like to put hot water into a water bottle, and then press the water bottle on my eyes. It really soothes the pain behind my eyes. Feel better!
