ulta

does anyone ever have a problem ordering from their site? i can never get an order through. i contacted my cc and they said that there is no problems with my card. i also contacted ulta and they said it's probably a system error, but there is nothing they can do about it.

Not an ordering issue with them but they ALWAYS screw up my samples. Either they give me the wrong ones (like I ask for fragrances and they give primer and shampoo) or the samples are just not in the box at all.
