ultrascreen 11 vs. 12 weeks

I noticed that a lot of moms-to-be are writing that they can't have their ultrascreen until 12 weeks....

in the interim, I called up the ultrascreening place, told them my conception / due dates, and they chose 11 weeks 4 days for my test.

What's up with that discrepency between ultrascreening sites? Could it be that one group has more sensitivie equipment than another... or is it that some groups are more conservative with their timing than others meaning my results would be more dicy than it would be 5 days later....

so confused....

my US will be when I am 11 weeks and 3 days. I have to go to NSUM for this . I gave them my due date and they picked the day, so it could be because of the equipment

I went to Madonna for mine. They told me I couldn't do it before 12 weeks, I wanted to do it at 11 weeks 5 days b/c I was off from work, and they told me they do it after then. I waited until 13 weeks.

i was told by my doc to go between 11 & 13wks.

I had mine done in my 11th week and had no problems getting the info needed.

I had mine done @ 11 weeks and 3 days at Madonna in Babylon with no problem.
