Umbrella (light weight) Strollers
Which do you have? And do you like it? Is it worth it to spend $$$
I have a full size stroller - I want to get a lightweight one for traveling.
THANKS!

OMG, my daughter would love that stroller! I wish it had a basket underneath.
ETS Ok, you took down the picture. I thought I was crazy for a second.

Re: Umbrella (light weight) Strollers
I have Combi Soho DX stroller and I love it! I found the metrolite was just too bulky to use in stores and for quick trips. The Combi is so lightweight and folds up small and the seat reclines fully, unlike a basic umbrella stroller. It was priced around $120, but I got it half price, when forever young was going out of business. I keep the metrolite at home and use it for walks.

Re: Umbrella (light weight) Strollers
My Mil bought us one from the Carter's outlet in Carle Place for 15 dollars. There is no basket underneath but it has a sun shade.

Mine is a Chicco London Stroller. It was about $70 when we got it, but so worth it. I love it. my other stroller is a Peg Perego Venezia.

Re: Umbrella (light weight) Strollers
I am looking for a lighter stroller than the Quattro tour that I have. We are doing to Disney in October so I want one with a basket and reclining but not so heavy.

I have the Jeep one. Not sure how much it was since I got it at my shower and it wasnt on my registry. I can't wait to use it since the Travel system is very heavy.

Re: Umbrella (light weight) Strollers
I have the Maclaren Quest and I LOVE it. It is so light, manuvers really well and it's compact. For trips to the mall or when Emily will be sitting for a long time I will still use my Peg Perego, but the Quest is great for trips to the store, errands, etc.

We have this one also and I love it too. It folds up like an umbrella stroller and has a handle on the side to carry it like a duffle bag. It reclines and comes with a plastic rain cover. Also the handles are pretty high so it's great if you are tall. It was $89.99 at BRU.
I went home to NY last month by myself and it was so easy to use.
