umm DS, what happened to sleeping throughtout the night?

umm DS, what happened to sleeping throughtout the night?
DS is 5 1/2 months old and teething hard core - no signs of teeth yet though and WAS sleeping through the night 10:00pm-7:00am. now for the past 2 weeks, he's been getting up during the night around 2:00ish.
he does have a bottle/cereal before bed.
When we go in to check on him, his fists are in his mouth and he's sobbing. its so sad - breaks my heart.
the only thing our DR. said we could give him is baby tylenol - useless.
so tired :(

Your dr. didn't say you could use the baby ambisol? I've heard this works. DD has been waking all the time this month but dr. said she's not teething!
