umm what the heck do i do??? (video monitor only seeing another crib)

i've used my summer handheld video monitor for 2 years. yes sometimes i get interferences and even see other peoples cribs BUT now i get a blank screen on channel B and someone elses crib on channel A. i can't exactly move the crib and moving the monitor part hasn't helped.

what in the world do i do?

could you call the company? i would think channel B should still get some sort of reception. My friend gets interference from her neighbor but they are fine as long as they use different channels. maybe since it is 2 years old it isn't working properly any longer.
