Ummmm...yeah, remember my Jones Beach v. MSG post a while back...
We went with Jones Beach last night--and the correct answer was obviously MSG! 
Yeah, REM concert last night...
top deck seats...
top deck struck by LIGHTENING during Modest Mouse...
asked to leave...
came back to our seats about 2 hours later...
sat in the pouring rain for 90 minutes...
Awesome, memorable concert, but note to self: bring a hooded jacket when there's a chance of rain.

OMG terrifying! So glad you're okay!
I remember seeing Bon Jovi during a thunderstorm at Giants Stadium- it was wild but very scary, especially for the guys on stage! They did have to end it a smidgen early but they were determined to get most of their set in!

WOW! My DH and his friends saw Iron Maiden in the rain last night at PNC Arts Center in NJ. Ialmost never buy concert tickets to outdoor venues. ( have gotten stuck in the rain one too many times! He had a ball, of course! He is seeing Maiden at MSG tonight.

yeah, I went to a rainy concert there years ago... it isn't fun 
on a positive note, you weren't electrocuted
