I have a few pair of these that I get at Wal-Mart and they are so comfortable.

You can also get them at Target. I know not everyone is a fan of Wal-Mart

What fabric are they made of? Is there just cotton lining in the crotch area?

I don't buy $$$ I now buy hanes, they fit well. I gained weight and had to go up a size and it kills me.

The ones I have are the silky type with cotton crotch.
But they do have all cotton ones as well.
