Unexplained 'locking pain' where leg meets my lady parts?
It almost feels like backwards sciatica. It's in my front, about where my underwear line is. It is getting progressively worse and usually fully locks up after I have sat down. It's not Round ligament pain. It's truly one point on one leg. But I can't move my leg. It really feels like that one point is 'locked' into position.
Anybody have this? I'm 27 weeks.

It's from the relaxin. Extremely normal. Everything becomes all rubbery and movable so you'll be able to get the baby out... much much worse the second time around. Mine's manifesting in a way that I feel crushing pain in my pelvis all the time, but I've had it in the place you describe too. I have no solutions -- the midwife at my OB practice just gave me a sympathetic "that's normal and I had the same thing" when I asked about it yesterday too. sigh

I have a soreness running down the underwear line, I swear I must have been horseback riding it kills so much.

31 weeks & in the same club...my pain is on my left side & totally moves just a little to the left (more pelvic) then to the right (pubic bone). And I'm super stiff if I sit for too long! Feels like I've done too many lunges or something.
All my doctor said was "Well, you're not carrying around a peanut anymore.. you've got a watermelon in there."
And his advice "You can try walking on your hands & then it won't hurt anymore..." Love sarcasm
