UNFREAKINBELIEVABLE...
The piece of sh*t who burned Maximus intends to plead not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. He claims he does not remember what he did, yet he signed a four page confession! His lawyer says his anger was out of control because the dog almost bit the other dog in the home. He was indicted by a grand jury on 4 counts - 2 felony and 2 misdemeanor animal cruelty charges. His bailed was raised to $100,000 and, if convicted, could get 6 years. I'm surprised he didn't claim the dog tied itself to the tree and lit itself on fire. BAS**ARD!!! I'd pay good money to get on that jury and hang that slime.
