united skates of america BDAY party
thinking about having my son's 5th bday party at united skates of america in massapequa. i grew up in massapequa so i am very familiar with the place
we went there on a sunday for open skate and the place was P A C K E D !!! i noticed they were running parties & i couldnt help but to think how upset i would have been if my kids party was the same time as open skate bc it was not enjoyable due to how crowded it was
so my question is, are there days where its just birthday parties? or does it always coincide with public skate? anyone ever have a bday party here? any feedback is appreciated

my niece had her party there during open times but it didn't matter. most of the kids stayed together. It was fine. There are multiple parties as well but they stagger them for the eating part. It was fine.

Just wanted to let you know that groupon has a deal going on right now for the public skate party if you decide to go for it. Check out their site though I think there is a private party option-

Thank you for the responses... I'm not against having it the same time as open play I'm just nervous it's going to be insanely crowded

My DS had his 8th birthday party there a couple of years ago. It was on a Sunday afternoon and there was open skating taking place as well. It wasn't too bad. Yes a lot of people but manageable.
