Does this mean DS will be going to bed an hour later?? I finally am used to 9pm and don't think I can make it to 10 LOL....

Any tips on transitioning?

Start gradually. When the clocks change to 10pm, put DS down at 9:50 or 9:45. Do that for a few days, then take another 10 or 15 minutes off. Hopefully he'll cooperate, and it won't take until fall to adjust him... Chat Icon Chat Icon

Daylight savings always screwed up DD#1's schedule. She was never a good sleeper though. I hope that DD#2 will fair alot better. We shall see.

Re: upcoming time change, setting the clocks ahead...

i'm not that worried about this time change (fingers crossed)...it is when we turn the clocks back that was brutal for us (4:30 and 5am wakings that went on for at least a week)Chat Icon

I actually think for my son as long as he maintains the level of activity throughout the day he'll have no problems going down (again, fingers crossed). And if not, it's just another hour I get to spend with him for a few days until he adjusts.

it works itself out

AND, i'm psyched about more daylight in the evenings!!!
