UPDATE: Closing Scheduled for Tomorrow!
Please keep your fingers crossed for us--we are closing on our co-op tomorrow! I'm hoping all goes smoothly.
UPDATE: Our closing went through today, very smoothly, no problems! Now we can just focus on our house--I'm so happy!

Actually, I don't think I ever posted that we did find a buyer! We had too many offers that slipped away, so when these people made their offer, I just didn't think it would stick. However, they were serious. It figures, I finally did not get my hopes up at all, and it worked out!
If all goes through tomorrow, it works out very well for us. We closed on our house in late June, and we wanted to do some work on our house before moving in, so we haven't had to pay maintenance fees on an empty co-op too much at all.
