**Update** crashing with a question about my pregnant sister
Hi girls, hope you are all feeling well. My dd is almost 11 months old and I have already forgotten everything pregnancy related
Anyway, my lil sis is due Jan. 26 so I believe she is about 26 weeks. She has been feeling the baby move a lot and consistently. Well the past day or two she hasn't really felt him. She was at the dr last week and baby was fine but the dr told her to head to stonybrook to get a sono to make sure all is alright
So my question is, do you feel the baby consistently around 26 weeks? Is it normal to not feel the baby every once in a while or is this cause for concern?
My sis had a very early miscarriage last year and I know how scared she is. TIA
******update****** All is well baby is fine what a scare

Re: crashing with a question about my pregnant sister
This is my first pregnancy but your sis and I have the same due date. Im 27 weeks today. I feel the baby move sporadically. I can go hours without feeling a thing and then he starts up. I read that one should start "kick counting" at 28 weeks. Basically looking for 10 movements in a 2 hr span every day at around the same time. HTH
ETA: If your sis knows her baby's "triggers" like sweets or her favorite food, she can try eating that to see if baby responds. My baby will start moving anytime I drink a vanilla milk shake
