**Update** East Coast Fertility/Long Island IVF
Have any of you ladies worked with this practice? I just spoke with my ob's office and after this second consecutive MC that's where they recommend going. Before I jump into seeing a doctor I don't know (especially since I wasn't thrilled with my OB's office) I'd like to get some opinions/thoughts on the practice.

EDIT: So I just called LI/IVF and I've got an appointment with Dr. Brenner for Tuesday, 9/10. Unfortunately, of course my husband is starting a new job in the next few weeks and won't be able to take time off to meet me there, so I'll be going it alone, which is fine, that's how it has to be... I guess I'm relieved now to just have the appointment set. What I liked was how when I explained that I was experiencing my second miscarriage the girl on the phone immediately said "oh i'm sorry" versus my ob/gyn where almost all (all but 1 person) has been so cold throughout both mc's. What can I expect that first visit? I am so ocd when it comes to certain things, this is one of them, I just want to make sure I don't miss anything.

I go to the melville office with Dr Brenner. I have had 2 chemicals and 1 MC with him, but...that's certainly not his fault! LOL He's great - very compassionate, will explain things no matter how many times I ask the same question, etc. LOVE the nurses too! I have known several people IRL that have gone through this practice as well.

I switched from North Shore to li Ivf with Dr Brenner in lake success. LOVE LOVE the practice. Praying for success soon :) but I'm very confident under his care.

Li Ivf monitoring hours begin at 630am, but I've gone in even earlier. before. So for monitoring from Melville to smith town I think you'd be okay.

i went to LI IVF and worked with Dr. Brenner at the Lake Success office.....i had a great experience!
i had 1 IUI and 2 IVFs...got pregnant on my second IVF with twins!

I was just released by Dr brenner in the lake Success office. I am currently 7 weeks prego
and was also a patient of his with our last MC
I really do like the nurses and Dr brenner
They have early morning monitoring etc

I guess I'm more concerned about the fact that the pregnancies aren't sticking. It just gets me so upset and so nervous.

I'm another big fan of Dr. Brenner. I did 2 IVFs with him in 2011 and conceived DS. Currently trying for #2 and cycling in September.
He will run a bunch of tests and try to figure out what is going on. Give him a call - it can't hurt.

I am working with Dr. Kreiner at LI IVF. He ran a bunch of tests and it was found there was a lag in my lining, so it was 6 days behind where it should have been.
Now every time after I ovulate I have to take a progesterone suppository.
I had 2 early losses at 5.5 weeks and 5 weeks.
I also had very cold hands and feet (so poor blood circulation) so I've been getting acupuncture 1x weekly for a few months now to help with blood flow.
I'm also underweight and working on gaining weight, though it's hard for me.
So all of these things may be factors as well.

I had trouble conceiving due to dh's sperm count but on our first iui i got pregnant. Im currently 20 weeks! I used dr brenner in the lake success office.

Yay!! My Dh didn't go with me either, it's okay! On my first visit he did blood, Sono, went over my history and set up a protocol for the next cycle. They are beyond wonderful there!!

First you will sit down to talk about your concerns, then he will set up a game plan for any testing he would like to do and maybe set up protocol for next cycle! Expect a sono, and maybe bloodwork depending where you are in your cycle. Good luck! Dr. Brenner is great.
