Update: Get Well Vibes for my Nephew and Advice
UPDATE: Thank you everyone. Your good vibes worked - he came home today! TUrns out it was a virus, and he is doing okay.
My one month old nephew is in the hospital. He went in with a 103 fever. They thought it may be neonatal meningitis, now they're not sure- still running tests. My sister is holding up pretty well, I guess they have to b/c my other 3 year old nephew still needs to be taken care of while this goes on. They're in NC and I'm here in NY. The worst is I can't be there right now. I'm going next weekend, when he'll hopefully be out of the hospital. In the mean time, what can I do? Send them food, cookies, something to the house?I want to feel like Im helping, I feel so bad - poor little guy.

I agree. Your sister and BIL have enough to worry about without having to think about making dinner - anything to make their lives easier so they can concentrate on what's important will be appreciated.

First off many, many, many to your nephew and family!
Secondly, food I'm sure would be a great help. Or even a little gift for the older nephew, maybe that will help entertain him a little more than usual.
And as always a phone call is probably the best help. I'm sure your sister could use your shoulder.
